The Marketing Intern – Sales Enablement will play a critical role in organizing, optimizing, and expanding our sales enablement content library in Seismic. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated high school or college student with a passion for marketing, business, and technology. This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and a genuine curiosity about how great content drives sales performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct a comprehensive audit of all existing content in Seismic, reviewing every document for accuracy, relevance, and completeness.
  • Ensure all documents are properly titled using clear, consistent naming conventions that are easy for the sales team to search and find.
  • Apply accurate tags and metadata to all Seismic content so documents surface correctly in search results and recommendations.
  • Organize all content into logical Seismic Collections, ensuring each piece is categorized appropriately by product line, content type, buyer stage, or other relevant taxonomy.
  • Remove, archive, or flag outdated or duplicate content to maintain a clean and trustworthy content library.
  • Partner with Product Managers to ensure technical accuracy of product-related materials and that new content is correctly uploaded and categorized.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align content organization with current campaigns, messaging frameworks, and brand standards.
  • Engage with the Sales team to gather Voice of Sales (VoS) feedback – understanding what content reps actually use, what’s missing, and what’s getting in their way.
  • Conduct a gap assessment on critical sales enablement tools and content, identifying areas where sellers lack the resources needed to effectively move deals through the pipeline.
  • Document findings from the gap assessment and present actionable recommendations to the Marketing and Sales Enablement teams.
  • Support the upload and formatting of new content as it is created, ensuring it meets Seismic best practices from day one.
  • Assist in building and maintaining a content governance process to keep the Seismic library organized on an ongoing basis.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • College graduate or currently enrolled college student, ideally studying Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Genuine interest in sales enablement, content strategy, or B2B marketing
  • Exceptional attention to detail – you notice when something is miscategorized, mislabeled, or just off
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable asking questions and gathering feedback from colleagues across teams
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and content management platforms; prior exposure to Seismic, Salesforce, or similar tools is a plus but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Self-starter mentality – takes initiative, follows through, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do next
  • Team player who can collaborate effectively with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales stakeholders
