Job Title: Marketing Lead
Salary: $110k-$160k + Equity
Company Description: Aranya.tech – SF-based startup building the GitOps-native distributed OS for AI inference at scale
Job Description:
As the first marketing hire at Aranya, you will build the entire marketing function from the ground up. Working directly with the founders, you'll own community growth for ClusterdOS, manage social strategy, and drive technical content. This is a high-impact, generalist role at the intersection of developer relations and growth marketing.
Location: San Francisco, USA
Why this role is remarkable:
Ground-floor opportunity to own the marketing engine for the next wave of AI infrastructure, moving from zero to one with significant equity.
High-traction environment with production customers including a unicorn inference company and a founding team from MIT Sloan.
Rare chance to define the brand voice for a "Cursor moment" in Kubernetes, making complex infrastructure accessible to every developer.
What you will do:
Scale and engage the Slack community for ClusterdOS, building deep relationships with practitioners in the AI and GitOps ecosystems.
Architect and execute the digital demand generation engine, including newsletters, SEO strategy, and product launch moments.
Manage high-level partnerships with GPU providers and Neoclouds to drive co-marketing initiatives and ecosystem expansion.
The ideal candidate:
3–7 years of marketing experience, specifically within AI applications, developer tools, or cloud infrastructure environments.
Proven track record of building or meaningfully growing technical communities and translating complex technical concepts into clear, human language.
Scrappy startup specialist comfortable working in-person in San Francisco and navigating the ambiguity of being a department of one.
