If you’re excited about building impactful technology in a dynamic, hands-on environment, we’d love to hear from you!

About the role

  • Lyte is looking for an experienced Marketing Lead & Content Strategist to help shape how we communicate our technology, progress, and vision to the outside world. This is a hands-on role focused on storytelling, content, and community — translating Lyte’s work in perception systems for Physical AI into clear, credible, and engaging narratives.
You will own Lyte’s content and campaign execution across owned channels, working closely with sales, business development, product, and leadership to support company milestones, customer engagement, and go-to-market initiatives. This role is well-suited for a marketer who understands technical products, enjoys building from the ground up, and thrives in fast-moving environments.

What you'll do

  • Own and execute strategic marketing campaigns across Lyte’s owned and operated (O&O) channels.
  • Lead content strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other relevant platforms to build awareness and engagement within the robotics and Physical AI ecosystem.
  • Develop press outreach, editorial content, and thought leadership aligned with Lyte’s technology, customers, and market presence.
  • Create and manage media posts, newsletters, blogs, and long-form content tied to product, customer, and company milestones.
  • Build and maintain a clear monthly content calendar aligned with GTM priorities.
  • Partner closely with sales, business development, and product teams to support launches, demos, events, and customer narratives.
  • Track campaign and content performance, define success metrics, and continuously optimize based on data and feedback.
  • Help establish and maintain a consistent voice and narrative across external communications.

What Success Looks Like

  • A consistent, credible, and high-quality external presence across key channels.
  • Growing engagement and visibility within the robotics and Physical AI community.
  • Clear performance metrics defined, tracked, and improved over time.
  • Strong alignment between marketing output and Lyte’s business and GTM priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing at a tech company or startup.
  • Strong writing and editorial skills, with a portfolio of published content.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media channels and content-driven campaigns.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, accurate, and compelling messaging.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, evolving environments with minimal process overhead.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing technical platforms, hardware-enabled products, or developer-facing technologies.
  • Familiarity with robotics, autonomy, AI, or Physical AI concepts.
  • Experience working closely with sales or go-to-market teams.
  • Strong instincts for narrative clarity, structure, and consistency rather than hype-driven marketing.

Benefits (subject to location and local regulations)

  • Competitive salary and equity
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Flexible vacation and time-off policy
  • Collaborative, fast-paced, and inclusive work environment
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies with a highly cross-functional team
