Mission

Build and scale Svix’s go-to-market engine to increase revenue and pipeline creation for Svix. You will know, understand, and empathize with our customers to make sure we communicate with the right customers, in the right way, and at the right time; by defining and executing the marketing strategy, and iterating on our ICP, positioning and messaging.

  • Aligned with our stage and motion: PLG, bottoms up adoption, and devtools experience are a must. Drove similar outcomes before or was part of a small team that did.

  • Gets engineers: understand backend engineers, APIs, and developer workflows deeply enough to create credible content, campaigns, and community.

  • Developer mindshare: experience capturing developer mindshare and increasing organic traffic, community, and share of voice. Establish Svix as the default answer in key developer communities.

  • Growth and revenue obsessed: loves growth and GTM, and gets their enjoyment from accelerating revenue growth.

  • Organized and methodical: able to set results, formulate a plan, and track against progress.

  • Communicator: clear and concise communicator. Can effectively communicate what they think in both written and verbal forms.
