About Realm Labs
Realm Labs is the Runtime AI Observability and Control platform for modern enterprise. We help customers detect, debug, and prevent AI failures in production, the moment they happen, inside systems where a single incident can be catastrophic. A model can pass every test and still fail in the real world: a wrong answer that moves money, an agent that takes an unapproved action, a response that triggers a regulatory event. We give teams complete visibility and control over how their AI behaves in real time, across any model. RSA Conference named us a 2026 Innovation Sandbox finalist. We are backed by Crosspoint Capital, Tola Capital, First Rays Venture Partners.

Role overview
AI is being pushed into production everywhere, and it fails in ways no one can predict from the outside. Realm catches those failures the moment they happen, before they move money, break trust, or end up in the news. We are building the foundation that makes AI reliable and trustworthy enough to actually depend on, for the most important companies in the world.

We are hiring a Marketing Lead to own that story and the entire motion behind it. You will work directly with the CEO to build Realm’s brand: what we stand for, how the world discovers us, why they trust us, and how that turns into a pipeline that compounds. You will build the playbook for one of the most important categories in software.

A few things to know going in:
  • It’s hands-on. You’re an individual contributor who builds and automates your own AI workflows, with Claude as your primary engine: Cowork and Claude Code across Attio, Clay, Apollo, Google Workspace, and Vercel.
  • It demands high agency. You move fast, unblock yourself, and put yourself out there. There’s no blueprint. You create the strategy and own the outcomes.
  • The product is deeply technical, and you’ll go deep too. You’re excited to learn how it works and can hold your own with a technical audience.
  • It’s in person. You’re local to the SF Bay Area and work primarily from our Sunnyvale office.

This is a role for someone who wants to build something, not operate a machine someone else already built. If that’s you, we should talk.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and own Realm’s end-to-end marketing and brand strategy, both establishing us as a leader in the category and building a sustainable customer pipeline.
  • Build and own our digital presence end to end (website, case studies, social, SEO/AEO, and demand-generation programs), growing reach and engagement where our buyers and the broader AI community spend time.
  • Own Realm’s messaging end to end: product positioning and how we articulate outcomes in a way that resonates with our customers.
  • Own Realm’s presence at industry conferences, and run targeted in-person events with developers and senior buyers.
  • Build and grow Realm’s community and audience across the AI ecosystem, cultivating genuine relationships with the people shaping the space.
  • Own the inbound funnel from first touch to qualified opportunity, capturing demand across channels and tracking it through to sales.
  • Define the metrics that monitor the health of the GTM motion, identify friction points, and deploy solutions that accelerate deals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to align the product roadmap with market validation and customer feedback.

Expected qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS marketing experience.
  • Experience owning and executing GTM strategy end to end.
  • A full-stack digital marketer’s track record: you have personally owned digital assets (website, social), run SEO and paid search, built demand programs, and managed an inbound funnel.
  • Experience designing and shipping AI-driven automations and workflows for GTM systems.
  • Data fluency: you define metrics, run your own queries and analysis, draw conclusions, and communicate findings crisply.
  • Comfort balancing long-term strategic thinking with near-term tactical execution.
  • Adaptability in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • You strongly buy into Realm’s vision.

Preferred qualifications

  • Early-stage startup experience.
  • AI automation-first mindset with deep experience with Claude Cowork.
  • Experience in the enterprise trust, safety, and security space.
  • Experience building and executing successful GTM motions for developer-focused AI products.

Compensation and benefits

  • Base pay range of $140,000 to $175,000 per year.
  • Equity is a component of this role and will be discussed.
  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; 401(k); in-office lunch and more.
  • Visa sponsorship: we sponsor visas. We can’t guarantee a successful outcome for every role and candidate, but if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to secure your visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help.

To apply

Send three things to [email protected]:
  • A video under two minutes on why you’re a good fit.
  • Your resume.
  • A link to a non-confidential working prototype of something you’ve built with AI tools.

Realm Labs is an equal opportunity employer.

San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area attracts more startup funding than any other region in the world. Home to Stanford University and UC Berkeley, leading VC firms and several of the world’s most valuable companies, the Bay Area is the place to go for anyone looking to make it big in the tech industry. That said, San Francisco has a lot to offer beyond technology thanks to a thriving art and music scene, excellent food and a short drive to several of the country’s most beautiful recreational areas.

Key Facts About San Francisco Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 365,500; 13.9% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Khosla Ventures, Kleiner Perkins
  • Research Centers and Universities: Stanford University; University of California, Berkeley; University of San Francisco; Santa Clara University; Ames Research Center; Center for AI Safety; California Institute for Regenerative Medicine
