Location

Remote first team.

US or Canada Based - preference for New York City / Miami

About the job:

This job is all about converting brand awareness into pipeline. You’ll help Champify grow by creating exceptional buying experiences for distinct target account lists.

This includes:

  • Building out unique content tailored to different distribution channels

  • Keeping prospective buyers engaged with our content via our website, email, linkedin, and youtube (and perhaps find other channels that work well)

  • Running our existing webinar program

  • Working collaboratively with Sales on ABM campaigns

  • Collaborating on new feature

About you:
  1. You are a demand gen marketer with a mind for content or a content marketer who knows their way around Hubspot and google sheets.

  2. You are an experimenter. You love to test new ideas whether that’s testing interest in a topic, testing out an event strategy, or testing new distribution channels. You are not afraid to turn something off if the results don’t meet your expectations.

  3. You are great at writing. You’re looking to create unique and compelling content vs. adding to the noise, and you know how to change tone and format based on the channel.

  4. You’ve got some ops/technical chops. You can navigate around hubspot, have played with AI tools for video editing, creating visuals, scoring accounts, etc., and know your way around google sheets.

  5. You have 4+ years at an early stage company, and at least 2+ years in a marketing role.

  6. You have a strong Business IQ and understand B2B Enterprise Sales

How we work:

Our team takes pride in producing high quality content people can use in their day to day jobs to get better. This means we strive to make our content:

  • Unique

  • Tactical

  • Easy to find

If you read, listen to, experience or watch our marketing you should be able to walk away with at least one thing you can implement to improve your career. This applies from written content to in person experiences.

This role will be focused on new pipeline and you will split your time ~80% focus on net new pipeline and ~20% ensuring our customers have the resources they need to be successful. We don’t prioritize attribution - we focus on maximizing qualified pipeline and working closely as a team. If you think of a way to accelerate outbound with marketing support, fantastic! If you think of an inbound campaign, also great! If you want to run a play to get customer referrals with customer success - we love it! What matters is the overall pipeline coverage.

In your day to day you will work closely with me, our founder/ceo, customer success, and sales to plan campaigns to develop strategies that work best for Champify. We are big believers in experimenting , and we want you to have the autonomy to test new ideas and then find the best way to scale them, whether that’s in house, or partnering with world-class freelancers.

We pride ourselves on being a top go-to-market team and are looking for someone who’s excited to work with a top notch team. We believe that people make or break companies, and we’re looking for someone who is excited to work with and grow alongside us! We’re looking for someone who wants to take their experience and build the new playbook by testing what works at Champify.

As a team we care about:

  1. Delivering value to our customers and prospects

  2. Hitting business goals for pipeline, revenue, and NRR

  3. Finding new efficient ways to do things

Benefits:
  • Competitive Salary & Early-stage equity

  • Best in class Health Benefits

  • Remote first environment, with periodic trips to cool places

  • Laptop and Office setup

  • Work with smart people, on a big problem that is dramatically helping GTM orgs

  • A product customers use often and LOVE (See G2, case studies)
