About Great Lakes Wellness

Great Lakes Wellness has been around long enough to know what genuinely helps people feel their best. We make clean, reliable collagen and wellness essentials designed for real life—the busy, messy, beautifully imperfect kind. As part of the Wellmore Holdings family, we have the support to grow quickly while staying focused on creating products that truly serve our consumers.

We’re here to make feeling better simpler and more accessible. Our team is a sharp, grounded, good-humored group of people who care about making high-quality products and building a brand that supports the people and communities we’re lucky enough to reach.

About the Role

The Marketing Manager will drive the next phase of GLW’s brand and digital growth by developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing initiatives that fuel brand awareness, consumer engagement, and strong performance across digital channels. This role sits at the intersection of brand and performance—transforming brand storytelling into compelling creative that delivers measurable results.

The Marketing Manager will oversee omnichannel programs including organic social, ambassadors, influencers, and paid media, while managing the marketing budget and partnering closely with Creative, Ecommerce, and external agencies. The role also leads the Social Media Associate and Influencer Manager to build a cohesive, high-performing marketing engine. The role reports to the General Manager, GLW, and works closely with cross-functional partners to execute with excellence.

What You’ll Do

Integrated Campaigns & Brand Activation

  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns across organic social, email, influencer, and paid media channels.
  • Translate brand storytelling into performance-driven creative that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Build campaign briefs, oversee creative execution, and manage go-to-market alignment across teams.

Performance Marketing & Media Management

  • Manage the digital media budget, ensuring ROI, efficiency, and performance across all paid channels.
  • Partner with Creative to rapidly test, measure, and scale high-performing assets.
  • Collaborate with Ecommerce and Performance Marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment with traffic, conversion, and retention goals.

Consumer Engagement & Community Growth

  • Drive strategy for brand engagement through social storytelling, creator partnerships, community-building, and emerging platforms.
  • Oversee the development of content calendars, brand voice consistency, and storytelling across channels.
  • Lead influencer strategy in partnership with the Influencer Manager, ensuring brand-right collaborations and measurable impact.

Analytics, Insights & Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze key KPIs across paid, social, email, and influencer channels to optimize performance.
  • Review consumer insights, market trends, and competitor landscape to inform campaign and content strategies.
  • Provide regular performance reporting and actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Leadership

  • Partner closely with Creative, Ecommerce, Sales, and Product to ensure alignment across brand priorities, launches, and promotional moments.
  • Support integrated GTM planning for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and key brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with agencies and external partners to ensure high-quality execution and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and coach the Social Media Associate and Influencer Manager.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, fast-moving marketing culture with a bias toward experimentation and results.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand, digital, or integrated marketing—CPG experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience building and executing omnichannel campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of paid media, influencer marketing, social platforms, email strategies, and content creation.
  • Proven ability to translate creative concepts into measurable marketing outcomes
  • Experience managing media budgets and optimizing for ROI.
  • Analytical thinker comfortable interpreting data, KPIs, and insights.
