Roger Healthcare has built the leading AI-powered clinical documentation platform for home health. Thousands of clinicians use Roger every day to reduce documentation time by more than 80% and reclaim hours of patient-facing time. We are growing fast, backed by top-tier investors, and reshaping how care is delivered to older adults across the country.
We’re expanding our go-to-market team in San Francisco and looking for someone who wants ownership, creativity, and the chance to shape how Roger shows up to the market. This is not a support role — it is a hands-on, full-stack Marketing position for someone who wants to build a category-defining brand in healthcare AI.
We are hiring a Marketing Manager who is hungry, creative, and ready to move fast. You will work directly with our technical founders and GTM leaders to own the storytelling, brand presence, and demand-generation activities that fuel our growth. Your work will be seen by executives at home health agencies, clinicians across the country, and technologists shaping where home health goes next.
If you are early in your career but feel underestimated where you are — this is the role where you’ll prove what you’re capable of.
