About Meadow

Meadow is the modern payments platform for higher education that simplifies the entire student financial experience. We're transforming the $600 Billion higher education payments industry in the United States — building for universities what Shopify built for retail businesses, and bringing the entire student financial experience online.

The need for a platform like Meadow has never been greater. If you're passionate about our mission to empower students financially and strengthen economic mobility through higher education — and you're excited to join a highly ambitious, talented team — we'd love to hear from you.

About the RoleOverview

As Meadow’s Marketing Manager, your primary mission is to build and execute programs and campaigns — primarily via content, social media, and events — that attract and engage colleges and universities that would benefit from Meadow’s solutions.

Outcomes: What Success Looks Like

#1: You are the owner of end-to-end planning, execution, and measurement of events that meaningfully contribute to Meadow’s brand perception and sales pipeline.

  • You’ve established a clear, prioritized events calendar that supports our pipeline goals.

  • You’ve established a full-funnel view of every event, including: attendance, meetings, pipeline sourced, pipeline influenced, and revenue contribution.

  • You deliver a consistent, high-quality Meadow presence at every conference — on-brand, well-staffed, and producing measurable outcomes.

  • You built a webinar program that generates qualified leads and advances Meadow’s thought leadership in higher education.

  • You’ve built a strong cross-functional partnership between Marketing and Sales — and with other teams, as needed.

  • You’ve elevated Meadow’s reputation as the host of our industry’s best events.

#2: You are a megaphone for Meadow. You own ideation, production, and measurement of content that engages our prospects and customers, and you support the telling the stories of how schools use Meadow to transform the student financial experience on social media.

  • Project & Stakeholder Management Skills

    • You are detail-obsessed, organized, and calm under pressure when managing multiple projects and work streams at once.

    • You have a track record of success communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
