Job Description SummaryThe Marketing Manager, Demand Generation & Activation Leader, is a core marketing execution role on the Alzheimer’s Diagnostic team, responsible for driving demand generation through integrated omni-channel campaigns, events, and activation programs for Vizamyl. 
This role works in close partnership with Product Marketing team to translate brand and product strategy into high-quality, compliant execution that engages customers, supports the field, and drives measurable commercial impact. 
This individual serves as the primary owner of marketing activation, ensuring consistent brand presence across digital, media, and in-person channels while optimizing performance through data-driven insights. 

Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

  • Works closely with Product Marketing to operationalize brand and product strategy into demand generation programs. 

  • Lead demand generation strategy and execution aligned with Alzheimer’s Diagnostics and Vizamyl commercial priorities. 

  • Design and manage integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and action across the customer journey. 

  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure demand programs support field priorities and account strategies. 

  • Own end-to-end omni-channel campaign strategy and execution across digital, media, and in-person channels. 

  • Coordinate with Product Marketing, internal centers of excellence, and agency partners to ensure consistent messaging and execution. 

  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize tactics based on engagement, conversion, and ROI metrics. 

  • Manage agency relationships, including media planning, buying, and performance optimization. 

  • Coordinate marketing automation and digital execution in partnership with MarComm, MarTech and digital teams. 

  • Ensure operational excellence, timeline discipline, and budget adherence across activation initiatives. 

  • Own national and regional event strategy in support of demand generation and brand presence. 

  • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure event messaging, content, and experiences align to product strategy. 

  • Lead planning and execution of marketing-supported events, including brand presence, content development, and experience design. 

  • Coordinate KOL, external, and internal events in collaboration with medical, sales, and events teams. 

  • Ensure consistent brand representation across live, virtual, and hybrid events. 

  • Execute digital and field enablement initiatives that support demand generation. 

  • Partner with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to support adoption of tools and programs. 

  • Track usage, impact, and ROI of deployed initiatives. 

Key Capabilities 

  • Strong demand generation and activation expertise in healthcare, MedTech, diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals. 

  • Proven ability to partner effectively with Product Marketing to translate strategy into execution. 

  • Deep experience in omni-channel campaign strategy and management. 

  • Strong event strategy and marketing-led event execution experience (brand presence, messaging, experience design). 

  • Operational rigor with strong project management and compliance orientation. 

  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign and event performance. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree required. 

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in healthcare, MedTech, diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals. 

  • Demonstrated experience executing demand generation campaigns in partnership with product or brand marketing. 

  • Strong marketing-side event experience, including managing brand presence, messaging, and execution at national, regional, and internal events. 

  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms, digital tools, and agency partners. 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a matrixed organization. 

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $122,400.00-$183,600.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
