- Job Title: Marketing Manager - Experienced
- Job Description: As Marketing Manager you'll be responsible for designing, creating, and delivering marketing programs to support the growth and expansion of company products and services. You'll work closely with VP of Marketing to develop strategies for wide range of products and services that company manufactures, including social media outreach, tradeshows, new product launches, promotions, website enhancement, photos, online and offline advertisement, etc. Successful candidate will be in charge of managing marketing interns, designers, content writers, and product reviewers to ensure implementation of successful strategy.

- Minimum of 40 hours per week. Irregular hours, after hours as needed
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop marketing strategies (online and offline) for all brands
- Manage on-site and remote marketing team consisting of interns, designers, content writers, and marketing assistants
- Improve and optimize social media outreach and other online efforts for maximum ROI
- Manage new product launches including package design, promotional material
- Manage and coordinate trade shows
- Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers marketing staff
- Interview and recommend interns
REQUIREMENTS FOR IDEAL CANDIDATE
- At least 4-7 years of experience in marketing field or in a related area, or Master’s degree along with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Strong Computer and Social networking Skills (Windows, MS Office, Email, Internet, Website, etc)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Experience with retail advertising, product launches, tradeshows
- Experience with online marketing campaigns, SEM, SEO, Social Media Marketing
- Exceptionally Sharp, Punctual, Detailed-Oriented, and Organized
- Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work under time pressure/deadlines
- Legal to Work in the United States and be able to pass background check and screening
