Marketing Agency Partnership

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for Qualis's marketing agency.
  • Work with agency on campaign objectives, review deliverables, and manage timelines and budget.
  • Ensure agency-produced work aligns with corporate business priorities.

Executive & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Support coordination between executive leadership and corporate program, business development, and product governance activities.
  • Help prepare marketing-related materials and updates for internal leadership reviews.
  • Act as a liaison between marketing and other functions to keep campaigns aligned with corporate business priorities.

Additional Responsibilities (Recommended)

  • Support trade show and industry conference participation, including booth logistics, materials, and on-site coordination.
  • Develop sales enablement materials such as data sheets, case studies, and capability briefs for business development and capture teams.
  • Track competitor activity and market trends to inform positioning.
  • Manage the company's social media presence and coordinate with leadership on public messaging.
  • Support internal communications materials tied to marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain marketing budget tracking and vendor invoicing in coordination with finance.
  • Directly support head of business development, and gain approvals for public communication through COO and CEO.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Approximately 3–6 years of marketing experience, including campaign management and product marketing.
  • Experience managing website content through a content management system (CMS).
  • Experience working directly with external marketing agencies or vendors.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once.

Preferred

  • Experience in the defense, aerospace, or government contracting sector.
  • Experience listing or managing products on B2B or government marketplaces.
  • Familiarity with government procurement cycles and how they shape marketing and messaging.
  • Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Clear, concise writing for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, BD, and leadership.
  • Vendor and agency management.

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote role.

Work Environment

  • Travel: Occasional travel may be required to support trade shows, conferences, and customer engagements (frequency to be confirmed by hiring manager).
  • Security clearance is not required for this position.
