- Define local strategy: Develop marketing plans tailored to Mexico and Central America, considering cultural and market-specific factors.
- Budget management: Administer and optimize marketing resources to maximize return on investment in local campaigns.
- Supervise promotional activities: Approve and monitor campaigns in Mexico and Central America, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
- Affiliate and partner relations: Manage marketing assets, negotiate and maintain partnerships, and implement cooperative campaigns.
- Local market analysis: Assess trends and competition in Mexico and Central America, generating insights to support strategic decisions.
- Executive reporting: Present results and KPIs to the regional leadership team, with recommendations specific to the local market.
- Digital innovation: Implement digital initiatives and CRM strategies adapted to Mexican and Central American consumers.
Main Requirements
- Residence in Mexico City.
- Bachelor's degree: marketing, communications, advertising, commercial areas.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles within entertainment, media, consumer goods, or communication agencies.
- Proven experience in leadership and project management in Mexico and Central America.
- Experience in managing and distributing marketing assets.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Advanced English proficiency is essential.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, Monday.com, Allocadia, Sharepoint, etc.
