The Marketing Manager will develop and implement strategies to drive demand generation, manage marketing campaigns, facilitate events, and oversee marketing operations using various tools.
Protagona is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies to support our sales team, drive demand generation and business growth, and manage our marketing technology stack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Campaign Alignment: Design marketing campaigns that are tightly aligned with AWS and Protagona seller initiatives. Partner closely with sales leadership to ensure marketing activities support broader business objectives.
- Demand Generation: Plan and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns to attract new leads and nurture prospects. This includes managing email marketing, social media, and other digital channels.
- Event Management: Oversee the strategy, planning, and coordination of virtual and in-person events such as webinars, conferences, and customer workshops. Ensure seamless execution and a positive attendee experience.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality content including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and sales enablement materials. Work closely with subject matter experts to create compelling, thought-leadership content.
- Graphic Design: Leverage tools like Canva to create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and other design assets to support content creation and marketing campaigns.
- Account-Based Marketing: Collaborate with the sales team to implement targeted, account-based marketing programs for our key enterprise clients. This includes developing personalized campaigns and digital experiences.
- Marketing Operations: Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including platforms like Webflow, HubSpot, Outreach, and Apollo. Ensure efficient and effective marketing programs through the use of these tools.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance. Provide regular reporting on key metrics and insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Marketing Alliance: Work closely with AWS and other partners to align on marketing channel strategies.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably in the technology or professional services industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation, content marketing, and event strategies
- Expertise in marketing technology and platforms, including CMS, CRM, marketing automation, and sales/outreach tools
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficient in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g. Hubspot, Outreach, Google Analytics)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
