Backed by top-tier investors, Civ Robotics is a fast-growing startup headquartered in San Francisco, founded by industry experts with deep construction experience.

Join us in building the future of construction automation and be part of a team that’s shaping the next generation of robotics!

The Role
We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Manager to own product marketing, growth campaigns, and field marketing at Civ Robotics.

This role is ideal for someone who can turn a technical robotics product into clear messaging, compelling content, customer stories, conference strategy, and campaigns that generate awareness and pipeline. You’ll help shape how Civ Robotics shows up in the market - both digitally and in the field.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and leadership to define Civ’s positioning, create customer-facing materials, support conferences and campaigns, and help us reach construction, infrastructure, solar, surveying, and geospatial customers.

This is an individual contributor role with a lot of ownership and room to build.

What You’ll Do
Field Marketing & Conferences
  • Plan and support Civ’s presence at key industry conferences, trade shows, regional events, customer demos, and field marketing programs.
  • Partner with Sales to identify high-value events and build pre-event, onsite, and post-event strategies.
  • Create event messaging, booth content, email campaigns, landing pages, handouts, demo materials, and follow-up sequences.
  • Help turn conferences and field events into strong pipeline and brand-building opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure events are well-prepared, on-brand, and effective.
  • Track event performance and help improve ROI across attendance, engagement, meetings booked, leads, and pipeline influence.

Product Marketing & Messaging
  • Develop clear, compelling messaging around Civ Robotics’ products, value proposition, customer use cases, and ROI.
  • Translate technical capabilities into customer-friendly stories for construction, infrastructure, solar, surveying, and geospatial audiences.
  • Create product and solution-focused content, including one-pagers, website copy, sales decks, case studies, email campaigns, event materials, and customer stories.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to understand customer pain points, objections, buying triggers, and real-world use cases.
  • Help define messaging for different industries, personas, and use cases.

Content & Campaigns
  • Build creative campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline.
  • Create content for LinkedIn, email, landing pages, newsletters, webinars, events, and sales outreach.
  • Own the development of customer stories, success metrics, and field-based proof points.
  • Work with internal teams to turn product launches, deployments, customer wins, and event moments into strong marketing content.

Sales Enablement
  • Create materials that help the sales team explain Civ’s value clearly and consistently.
  • Build collateral for target accounts, conferences, demos, and customer follow-up.
  • Partner with SDRs and AEs to improve messaging, campaign ideas, and outbound materials.
  • Support account-based marketing efforts for strategic customers and industries.

Growth & Demand Generation
  • Support targeted digital campaigns through email, LinkedIn, website landing pages, and lead nurture.
  • Build campaign ideas that connect product messaging, customer pain points, and industry trends.
  • Support HubSpot campaign setup, lead tracking, and follow-up workflows.
  • Track campaign performance and continuously improve based on results.

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in product marketing, field marketing, growth marketing, or a hybrid marketing role.
  • Experience marketing technical, industrial, hardware, robotics, construction-tech, geospatial, SaaS, or other complex B2B products.
  • Experience supporting conferences, trade shows, field marketing programs, customer events, or regional campaigns.
  • Strong writing and messaging skills - you can make technical products feel clear, relevant, and exciting.
  • Creative thinker who can come up with campaign ideas, content angles, event themes, and customer stories.
  • Comfortable working closely with Sales, Operations, Customer Success, and leadership.
  • Experience creating marketing materials such as landing pages, sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, email campaigns, event collateral, and LinkedIn content.
  • Familiarity with demand generation, ABM, HubSpot, CRM systems, or marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Startup mentality: proactive, resourceful, hands-on, and comfortable building from scratch.

What You’ll Get
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage, including medical, dental, and vision.
  • 401(k) plan and commuter benefits.
  • Competitive salary with growth potential.
  • Equity options in a fast-growing robotics company.
  • The opportunity to shape marketing at an early-stage robotics company with real-world impact.

Why Join Us
  • Help bring cutting-edge robotics technology to one of the world’s largest and most important industries.
  • Own meaningful marketing work across product messaging, content, campaigns, conferences, and field marketing.
  • Work closely with a driven, collaborative, and entrepreneurial team.
  • See your work directly influence customer engagement, pipeline, and company growth.
