About OHO

OHO is a digital agency full of smart, curious learners who love solving complex problems for higher education organizations. We bring deep expertise and a consultative mindset to everything we do—asking the right questions, challenging assumptions when needed, and always centering around our clients’ goals.

If you’re someone who thrives on collaboration, loves a good challenge, and wants to work alongside teammates who genuinely care about their work, their clients, and each other, this is the place for you.

About the Position

OHO is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the agency’s day-to-day marketing efforts. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for bringing marketing strategies to life across content, campaigns, and digital channels.

You’ll work closely with sales and leadership to support growth initiatives, create compelling content, and ensure consistent, high-quality marketing output. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning projects, staying organized across multiple workstreams, and using data to continuously improve results.

We are especially interested in candidates who take an AI-native approach—leveraging modern tools to work more efficiently and creatively.

Responsibilities

  • Own the planning and execution of OHO’s day-to-day marketing efforts across channels, ensuring consistent, high-quality output aligned with company priorities
  • Translate high-level marketing and growth priorities into clear, actionable campaigns, content plans, and deliverables
  • Partner with the sales team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, create sales enablement materials, and support lead generation efforts
  • Manage and optimize marketing efforts using HubSpot: campaign setup, email marketing, forms, signups, list management, etc.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other tools; use insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
  • Develop, write, and oversee production of marketing content, including blog posts, case studies, email campaigns (outbound, newsletters, event promotion, etc.), and thought leadership pieces that reflect OHO’s voice and expertise and can be leveraged across the website, proposals, LinkedIn, and presentations
  • Create and maintain a consistent content publishing cadence (web, email and LinkedIn), managing an editorial calendar and ensuring timely delivery of key marketing assets
  • Identify and coordinate speaking and presenting opportunities, including conference submissions, speaking engagements, podcasts, and PR.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all marketing efforts, reinforcing OHO’s brand and positioning.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities, leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and enhance marketing execution.
  • Own and coordinate all conference-related activities, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Plan and manage conference logistics, including materials, inventory, shipping, and team coordination.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or agency environments
  • Strong writing and editing skills (a writing sample will be required)
  • Proficiency using HubSpot for marketing efforts (or similar marketing automation platform)
  • Experience with Google Analytics and marketing performance tracking
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute independently
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially sales
  • Experience editing website content using Drupal CMS (or similar)
  • Experience working in or marketing to higher education institutions, preferred

OHO Benefits

OHO offers a comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance package, along with company-paid life insurance and short/long-term disability coverage. Benefits also include a 401(k) match up to 4% of pay, paid vacation and sick time, ten holidays including a Flex Day, Summer Fridays, and more!

Each year, the team comes together in person for our Annual Summit at a beautiful destination, and throughout the year, leadership shares regular company updates and fosters an open-door culture. We also sprinkle in a healthy dose of fun with team events, friendly competitions, and other surprises that keep things fresh and connected.

Additional Information

  • Candidates should be comfortable traveling nationally 2-5 times a year for company meetings and/or conferences.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States in order to be considered. OHO is an E-Verify employer, ensuring compliance with federal employment eligibility requirements.
