We are seeking a versatile and performance-driven Marketing Manager & Digital Advertising Specialist to support marketing efforts across our business units while also leading digital advertising initiatives for both internal brands and client accounts.

This is a unique hybrid role designed for someone who can operate both strategically and tactically owning core marketing functions while also executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta.

In the near term, this role will balance internal marketing leadership (≈50%) with hands-on digital advertising execution (≈50%). Over time, as our digital agency services scale, this position will evolve into a more specialized, client-facing digital marketing role, with additional internal marketing support added to the team.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Advertising & Client-Facing Work
  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta for internal brands and client accounts
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget optimization to maximize ROI
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously refine strategies based on data and trends
  • Manage multiple client accounts with a focus on performance, retention, and satisfaction
  • Meet with clients to understand goals, set up accounts, and present results and recommendations
  • Deliver clear, actionable reporting and insights on campaign performance
  • Stay current on PPC, paid social, and digital advertising best practices
Marketing Management & Internal Growth
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple business units
  • Plan and manage inbound marketing campaigns including email, SEO, content, and social media
  • Own content creation efforts including blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing collateral
  • Build and optimize marketing funnels, landing pages, and automation workflows
  • Manage website updates and performance in collaboration with internal and external teams
  • Track and report on marketing performance, lead generation, and funnel metrics
  • Partner with Sales and leadership to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels and business units
Content, Brand & Campaign Execution
  • Manage content calendars and develop SEO-driven content strategies
  • Create and publish social media content, and engage with audiences across platforms
  • Develop sales enablement materials, case studies, and client-facing assets
  • Support webinars, podcasts, and thought leadership initiatives
  • Assist with trade shows, events, and promotional campaigns as needed
Strategic Growth & Innovation
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape and scale digital marketing offerings for clients
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing performance, processes, and tools
  • Contribute to the development of new service lines within the organization
  • Help define the long-term structure of the marketing and digital services team
Qualifications
  • 2–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with strong hands-on experience in PPC (Google Ads and Meta)
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize paid media campaigns with measurable results
  • Experience in broader marketing functions such as content, email, SEO, and campaign strategy
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience managing multiple projects or accounts simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Self-starter who is comfortable operating in an evolving, growth-focused environment
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms is a plus
  • Google Ads and/or Meta certifications preferred

Skills & Competencies:

  • Extreme attention to detail and organization.
  • Project management skills, database marketing skills, and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working with minimal direction and taking ownership of all marketing activities Some experience with design, layout, and creation of marketing brochures, graphics, presentations, etc.
  • Extensive experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce with the ability to manage emails, workflows, sequences, tasks, dashboards, etc.
  • Demonstrated proficiencies in Microsoft Suite and Photoshop/Illustrator (or other design tool)

Salary range: $41,000 - $70,000
