About Reunion

Reunion is transforming the way clean energy projects are financed. Since 2024, our tax credit transfer business has partnered with major corporations to unlock over $7.5 billion in clean energy investment, including some of the industry's largest transactions. Our Clean Energy Solutions business is building disruptive software for developers to track operations and ensure regulatory compliance.

Reunion has built a consistently profitable company, focused on building for the long term. We raised a small seed round of funding in 2023, and have since repaid our investors in full. We do not have pressure from VCs or outside investors to chase short-term targets; we have the autonomy to focus on building a great long-term business. Reunion's laser focus on solving tough problems has resulted in repeat customers and strong profitability since 2024.

We have worked hard to build a mission-driven company culture that values creativity, collaboration, excellence, and speed without sacrificing fun. Our talented team includes experienced leaders from SunEdison, SolarCity, Tesla, GoodLeap, and other clean energy companies; we are consistently amazed by what our 30+ person team of experts can accomplish.

We look for curious, smart, and kind colleagues with an entrepreneurial streak (we have quite a few ex-entrepreneurs on our team). Reunion is a great place to learn from energy finance experts and play a critical role in deploying clean energy technologies such as battery storage, nuclear, manufacturing, solar, and wind.

About the role

As Reunion scales, we are bringing on a Marketing Manager to run and improve our marketing machine end to end. You will be the person who ships campaigns, stands up and fills webinars, makes sure the website stays sharp and informative, coordinates our events presence, and runs our distribution channels across multiple audiences (corporate tax credit buyers and leading clean energy developers and manufacturers).

This is a high-ownership role for a strong generalist. You will own a broad surface area and run much of it yourself, with support from in-house design and web and outside agencies. You will report to and work side by side with the Head of Marketing (in addition to our founders and other key team members in sales, product, and transactions) and will take projects from idea to live with little hand-holding. It is a steep, high-upside seat for someone who wants to lead to eventually lead the marketing function.

What you'll do

Run campaigns and email. Build and send our market digests, nurtures, webinar promotions, and announcements in HubSpot. Own the content calendar, the production, the testing, and the results, and keep a steady cadence across audiences.

Produce our offline and online events. Webinars and conferences are one of our strongest lead channels. Own them end to end: registration, materials, panelist coordination, promotion, and the follow-up that turns attendees into pipeline.

Own SEO and organic growth. Manage our SEO agency and our tax-credit keyword strategy, ship long-form guides and resources, and grow the organic search traffic that brings buyers and sellers to us.

Drive social and content distribution. Run Reunion's LinkedIn presence and company channels, coordinate the employee engagement that extends our reach, and make sure every piece of content gets the distribution it deserves.

Manage the website. Publishing posts, updating and overhauling marketing content as needed, and keeping everything on-brand, working with our design and dev resources, in Webflow.

Create long form content. Write as an active member of Reunion's bench of content contributors, and run the production process so content ships on cadence.

Own marketing operations and analytics. Maintain a healthy Hubspot CRM, build the dashboards that tell us what is working, and report on them so the team knows where things stand at all times.

What you'll need

Must-have:

  • Hands-on marketing execution: 4+ years, including personal ownership of campaigns, channels, and events.

  • Strong, fast, accurate writing: You turn expert input and data into clear email, social, and campaign copy, and can take the first real pass at longer pieces (digests, recaps, guide sections). You don't need to be a tax expert — you do need to respect the technical material and get the facts right.

  • A good eye for design and brand consistency

  • Marketing-ops depth: You are fluent in CRM platforms as a builder-admin

  • Multi-channel operation: You run email, SEO, webinars, social, events, and the website simultaneously, prioritize ruthlessly, and ship reliably.

  • Analytics fluency: You pull and interpret your own funnel, web, and campaign data and turn it into a dashboard and a recommendation for the team

  • AI-native work style: you automate the repetitive 80% so your time goes to judgment calls.

Nice to have:

  • Background in clean energy, tax, climate, or B2B fintech

You are organized, fast-moving, and you take ownership of outcomes. You sweat the details, you give and take feedback well, and you like to have fun while you get things done.

NOTE: Reunion is an equal opportunity employer. You're encouraged to apply even if your experience doesn't line up exactly with the job description.

Why join us?
  • Grow a profitable company with a vision for long-term, sustainable growth

  • Engage in the nascent tax transfer market, the newest and most dynamic component of clean energy financing

  • Scale disruptive software that transforms highly manual developer operations into streamlined and repeatable processes

  • Own real surface area early, work directly with experienced founders and a top-tier team, and grow fast

  • Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Travel to company offsites 2–3x per year to meet teammates in person

  • Flexible PTO plan

Location

We are a remote-first company, but for this role we prefer a candidate located in San Francisco, CA, or Seattle, WA where we have density and offices.
