About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst to join our growing Marketing team. In this role, you will own the analysis and reporting for our marketing team. A solid understanding of data analysis and systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau) is important to success. This is a critical role for the organization and reports to the CMO.

You will partner closely with Sales, Product, RevOps, and the rest of Marketing to ensure that our marketing programs are measurable, optimized, and aligned with revenue goals. This role is ideal for someone who is analytically driven, systems-savvy, and passionate about building operational excellence in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Analyze data from all marketing activities and our SaaS product to extract insights and recommend improvements.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to evaluate marketing performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Support campaign execution with segmentation, list management, A/B testing, CRO  and performance analysis.
  • Partner with RevOps and Sales to maintain clean, accurate, and reliable marketing data across systems.
  • Analyze sales/marketing and PLG funnel performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Extract, clean, and transform data to prepare it for your analyses.
  • Build marketing automation workflows and scoring in HubSpot
  • Jump in and out of HubSpot, Salesforce, Tableau and Metabase to pull together disparate data for your analyses
What You Need
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or analytics roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, extract insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Strong understanding of marketing/sales funnel and the ability to analyze conversions at all stages
  • Experience managing data across CRM and MAP environments (HubSpot / Salesforce).
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS businesses, ideally in vertical SaaS
  • Experience with Product Led Growth metrics such as activation, conversion, retention
  • Strong skills with Excel, Google Sheets or similar
  • Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, product-led startup environment 
Nice to Have
  • Experience in two-sided marketplaces (e.g. Uber, Airbnb, Upwork)
  • Understanding of GTM workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Experience implementing new marketing operations tools or migrations especially AI tools

Super Dispatch takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. The pay scale salary or On-Target Earnings (OTE, for Sales roles) range for this position represents the low, middle, and high end of the salary or OTE range for this position based on all US locations. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Salary/OTE is just one component of our total rewards package. The pay scale or OTE ranges may be modified in the future.
