conversion, and downstream sales productivity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement

• Partner closely with content, product marketing, demand gen, sales, and analytics to align on messaging, asset deployment, campaign activation, performance insights.

• Document system processes, best practices, and train teams on use of tools, workflows, and GTM operations.

• Assist in campaign planning and execution, ensuring that content assets, collateral, and messaging are delivered into the GTM engine in time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or similar; hands-on with GTM engineering, process building, and automation.

• Experience with WordPress (CMS), Salesforce (CRM), HubSpot (Marketing Automation), Outreach (Sales Engagement) and integrating these tools for scalable GTM operations.

• Experience with AI-powered GTM tools (ChatGPT, Clay, etc.) or APIs is a plus.

• Systems thinking: Ability to analyze, map dependencies, build scalable, maintainable systems.

• Data skills: Strong understanding of lead lifecycle, segmentation, scoring, attribution, and data architecture.

• Collaboration & communication: Able to coordinate across multiple teams; clear documentation; good training/enablement skills.
