What you'll be responsible for:
In this role, you'll lead Circle's AI transformation within the Marketing Operations team, driving not only automation and efficiency, but enabling the next wave of marketing innovation. You will work cross-functionally to identify strategic opportunities for AI integration, manage complex implementations, and build scalable solutions that revolutionize how we create content, engage customers, and optimize campaigns. This is a highly cross-functional, hands-on role that blends technical execution with forward-looking strategy - ideal for someone passionate about shaping the future of marketing through generative AI.
What you'll work on:
  • Develop and execute the generative AI roadmap for marketing, partnering with cross functional teams in marketing, engineering and product stakeholders to identify, prioritize and deliver high-impact AI and automation initiatives
  • Translate marketing needs into scalable technical solutions that improve performance and enable innovation
  • Explore and apply generative AI models (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini) that enhance content creation, campaign optimization, analytics, and customer engagement - including prompt development and use-case experimentation
  • Manage system integrations across tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable, and n8n, leveraging APIs and light scripting to automate workflows and connect data
  • Project manage end-to-end implementation of AI initiatives, from stakeholder alignment through delivery
  • Champion generative AI adoption and change management across teams, fostering excitement and deepening technical fluency
  • Establish metrics and analyze performance of AI-powered marketing initiatives to drive continuous improvement
  • Continuously evaluate and evolve AI tooling to ensure Circle remains at the forefront of AI-powered marketing

What you'll bring to Circle:
Core Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, technical program management, or business systems
  • Hands-on experience with tools like n8n, Airtable, OpenAI, HubSpot, and Salesforce
  • Demonstrated experience implementing AI tools and automation workflows end-to-end
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Innovative thinker with a passion for emerging generative AI technologies and digital transformation
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with technical and strategic components
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities

Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role at a tech-forward or innovation-focused organization
  • Exposure to a range of AI technologies from low-code platforms to custom-built solutions
  • Familiarity with data integration, APIs, or light scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python)
  • Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development
  • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
Base Pay Range:
$130,000 - $170,000
