With more than 4,000 customers and ARR that has grown over 250 percent year over year, ClickHouse leads the market in real-time analytics, data warehousing, observability, and AI workloads.

The company’s sustained, accelerating momentum was recently validated by a $400M Series D financing round. These customers join an established base of AI innovators and global brands such as Meta, Cursor, Sony, and Tesla.

We’re on a mission to transform how companies use data. Come be a part of our journey!

We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own reporting and analytics across our marketing systems, lead campaign operations for the demand generation team, and assist in the ownership of our marketing tech stack. You'll be the data backbone for marketing — building the dashboards, funnel models, and attribution reporting that leadership and demand gen rely on — while managing our MAP stack (Marketo, Conversion.ai, HubSpot), directing campaign execution, and overseeing our marketing operations agency partner as we build an AI-first campaign operations process.

You Will
  • Assist in marketing reporting and analytics end-to-end. Design, build, and maintain dashboards and funnel/attribution models in Salesforce and Hex, turning raw campaign and pipeline data into insights demand gen and leadership can act on.
  • Define and evolve marketing's core reporting framework and KPIs — campaign performance, funnel conversion, pipeline attribution — partnering with Data Engineering and RevOps to ensure the underlying data model can support it.
  • Serve as the senior owner of complex and ad-hoc reporting/analysis requests, writing and QAing SQL as needed, and building self-serve reporting so the broader team relies less on one-off pulls.
  • Lead lifecycle workflow and nurture campaign strategy in partnership with Demand Generation — build, QA, launch, and iterate based on performance data, not just execution.
  • Own campaign operations end-to-end — audience segmentation, list management, Marketo campaign builds, landing page/form creation, and tagging/naming/UTM conventions — with an eye toward what keeps downstream reporting clean and attribution accurate. Maintain documentation and enable the broader team on process.
  • Direct the marketing operations agency partner relationship — set priorities, QA deliverables, track timelines, and hold handoffs accountable.
  • Own the campaign production "supply chain" — tracking stages and handoffs, including lead handoff to sales — and use reporting to proactively surface bottlenecks before they cause missed or inaccurate launches.
  • Lead email and database hygiene strategy — deliverability, compliance (CAN-SPAM/GDPR), subscription management, and send calendar governance — informed by data on engagement and list health, not just guidance from above.
You Bring
  • 4-6+ years of marketing operations experience in a SaaS startup environment, with reporting/analytics ownership as a demonstrated part of the role — not a side responsibility.
  • Deep proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo (or comparable MAP/CRM tools) — building complex reports and dashboards independently, with a strong grasp of CRM data structure and architecture.
  • High fluency in BI tools (Hex, Looker, Omni) and strong SQL skills — comfortable writing, QAing, and debugging queries without hand-holding.
  • A track record of building reporting frameworks or dashboards that leadership and demand gen actually use to make decisions — not just filling report requests.
  • Analytical mindset: comfortable interpreting data, spotting trends, and translating findings into recommendations.
  • Strong cross-functional operator — experienced partnering with Data Engineering, RevOps, and Demand Gen, and managing external partners/vendors to deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with AI tooling and workflows (Clay, n8n, Conversion.ai, or similar) — a strong plus.
  • Excellent project manager — with the ability to partner across multiple teams, own large projects with multiple stakeholders and keep projects on track with multiple moving parts and priorities
