Data is at the core of modern business, yet many teams struggle with its overwhelming volume and complexity. At Atlan, we’re changing that. As the world’s first active metadata platform, we help organisations transform data chaos into clarity and seamless collaboration.

From Fortune 500 leaders to hyper-growth startups, from automotive innovators redefining mobility to healthcare organisations saving lives, and from Wall Street powerhouses to Silicon Valley trailblazers — we empower ambitious teams across industries to unlock the full potential of their data.

Recognised as leaders by Gartner and Forrester and backed by Insight Partners, Atlan is at the forefront of reimagining how humans and data work together. Joining us means becoming part of a movement to shape a future where data drives extraordinary outcomes.

The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who will own the systems, processes, and insights that power Atlan’s go-to-market engine.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and data. You’ll manage our marketing technology stack, streamline lead and campaign operations, drive our Account-Based Experience (ABX) strategy, and deliver the analytics that inform strategic decisions. Your work will ensure every marketing dollar, campaign, and lead translates into measurable growth.

What You’ll Do

Marketing Systems & Automation
  • Own and optimize our marketing technology stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, and related tools) to ensure seamless integration and accurate data flow.

  • Partner with GTM Systems and RevOps to improve workflows between marketing and sales.

Performance & Insights

  • Build and maintain dashboards that track pipeline generation, campaign ROI, and funnel health.

  • Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights to guide investment and strategy.

ABX Strategy & Execution
  • Partner with the broader GTM team to design, operationalize, and scale Atlan’s Account-Based Experience (ABX) motion, driving alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

  • Leverage fit, intent, and engagement data to identify target accounts and orchestrate personalized, multi-channel campaigns.

  • Enable measurement of ABX performance across the funnel, connecting marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Process Design & Governance
  • Streamline lead scoring, routing, and nurturing to maximize conversion and sales handoff efficiency.

  • Develop scalable campaign processes, documentation, and SLAs that create consistency across the team.

Campaign & Program Operations
  • Support execution across email marketing, webinars, paid media, and ABM/ABX initiatives.

  • Coordinate tracking, tagging, and reporting to ensure end-to-end visibility and attribution accuracy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and RevOps to align measurement frameworks and ensure data integrity.

  • Act as the connective tissue between creative campaign execution and business outcomes.

What Makes You a Great Fit
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Operations, ideally in Enterprise B2B SaaS.

  • Deep expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce; HubSpot certifications are a plus.

  • Experience designing and supporting ABM or ABX programs that bridge marketing and sales.

  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills (Google Sheets, Excel, or BI tools).

  • Solid understanding of lead management, attribution, and marketing funnel metrics.

  • Familiarity with intent data platforms (e.g., Demandbase) and multi-touch attribution models.

  • Proven ability to design and scale processes across global marketing teams.

  • Excellent communicator who can translate data into business narratives.

  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative, and remote environments.

Important notice: This role involves flexible working hours to enable collaboration with our Sales and Marketing teams across the US, EMEA, and APAC. While candidates based in the US (EST) or UK (GMT) time zones are ideal, we welcome applicants from other regions who are comfortable working occasional off-set hours.
