Job Description:

Position Summary

DTN is seeking a highly organized and data-driven Marketing Operations Manager to optimize and manage our marketing technology ecosystem, with a primary focus on HubSpot. This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity, lead flow efficiency, system integration, and marketing automation performance across the organization. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce integration with a passion for process improvement and scalable marketing operations.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for HubSpot Marketing Hub and Operations Hub, owning platform configuration and performance.

  • Manage integrations between HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoom, and other key platforms to ensure seamless data flow and accurate attribution.

  • Maintain data integrity and hygiene, including enrichment, deduplication, standardization, and compliance with GDPR and CCPA regulations.

  • Optimize lead scoring, routing, and automation workflows to ensure qualified leads are delivered efficiently to sales and downstream teams.

  • Build and maintain marketing assets such as forms, CTAs, workflows, and trackable content to support campaign execution.

  • Develop dashboards and reporting to monitor campaign performance, data quality, and conversion metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Operations, and Data teams to align processes, improve efficiency, and scale operations.

What You Will Bring to the Position:
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub and Operations Hub, including system administration and advanced automation.

  • Strong experience managing HubSpot–Salesforce integrations, including field mapping, sync troubleshooting, and data governance.

  • Experience working within a Software or SaaS environment, preferably supporting subscription-based revenue models.

  • Proven ability to build automated workflows and scalable data management processes within marketing automation platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.

  • Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks within HubSpot or similar tools.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to data quality and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant platform certifications are preferred.

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $73,300 and $97,800. DTN is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
