The Marketing Operations Manager will build and manage multichannel marketing campaigns, troubleshoot tech issues, maintain data integrity, and ensure campaign performance reporting.
We’re looking for an all-star digital marketer to join our expanding Digital Strategy team. If you are passionate about martech, building campaigns from the ground up, helping others grow, and presenting your work, we want to talk. Strong candidates will have experience collaborating with fast-paced teams and using today’s top marketing technologies and tools to drive great results for one or multiple B2B organizations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build lead nurture and email campaigns inside our clients’ CRMs (HubSpot, Eloqua, Marketo, etc).
- Troubleshoot issues related to clients’ martech stack, campaign attribution, and marketing data.
- Set up and launch email, social, paid, and organic marketing campaigns for clients.
- Provide timely updates on campaign progress during internal and client-facing calls.
- Coordinate campaigns and gather client feedback via Slack and email.
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards, lead scoring systems, and goal and conversion reports that clearly communicate campaign performance.
- Ensure data integrity by cleaning and maintaining contact databases and helping us source new leads.
- Research products, services, and strategies to identify new opportunities to improve our own tech stack and approach.
- Other digital marketing tasks, as assigned.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have likely worked in financial services marketing and understand the difference between an offshore wirehouse and an independent advisor.
- You understand intensely regulated industries and the responsibilities and challenges that come with marketing to their customers.
- You have deep experience building large, multichannel marketing campaigns and solving complex challenges related to martech implementation.
- You know how to expertly leverage the latest and greatest marketing tools and technologies to build sophisticated campaigns that drive results (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce/Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua).
- You have experience building website analytics reports and sales and marketing dashboards in a variety of platforms (e.g., Google Data Studio & Sheets, HubSpot, Tableau).
- You have a comprehensive understanding of what a marketing funnel is and how content, email, paid media, and sales intersect and work together.
- You are an adept multitasker who can pivot quickly between tasks and adapt to shifting deadlines and client goals.
- Your instinct is to take the initiative and solve problems as they arise.
- Agency experience is strongly preferred.
