We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Operations Specialist who’s equal parts doer and problem-solver. Someone who loves getting into the details of campaign execution, but can also step back and see how systems, data, and process connect to revenue.

In this role, you’ll support marketing programs across all brands within the Audiense portfolio. You’ll be the go-to person for HubSpot campaign execution, data accuracy, automation, and performance insights, helping ensure every marketing effort runs efficiently and delivers measurable results.

This position reports to the Revenue Operations team and works closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product to drive alignment, efficiency, and scale.
What You’ll Do

  • Own campaign execution in HubSpot from audience segmentation to workflows, emails, landing pages, and reporting.
  • Maintain and improve lead flow processes between HubSpot, Salesforce, and Chili Piper to ensure data is clean, leads are routed correctly, and sales follow-up is seamless.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and key funnel metrics (MQLs, conversion rates, ROI).
  • Partner with Marketing and RevOps to ensure consistent attribution, tracking, and data integrity across brands and channels.
  • Support and measure paid campaign initiatives on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other channels, ensuring accurate tracking and optimization.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks from form workflows to integration issues before they impact results.
  • Oversee website forms, landing pages, and tracking to ensure accurate routing and attribution.
  • Analyze and report on page intent and conversion performance to optimize lead flow and insights
  • Partner with marketing and web teams to QA landing pages, confirm tracking accuracy, and maintain data integrity across high- and low-intent touchpoints.
  • Document and refine repeatable marketing processes as we continue to scale.
  • Maintain lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and routing rules across HubSpot ⇄ Salesforce ⇄ Chili Piper; track routing time and acceptance.
  • Maintain lead lifecycle stages (Prospect → MQL → SAL → SQL) and lead scoring rules defined by RevOps; monitor acceptance/rejection reasons.

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in marketing operations or demand generation within a SaaS or high-growth environment.
  • Strong HubSpot Marketing Hub experience (workflows, scoring, automation, segmentation, and reporting).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Chili Piper integrations.
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
  • Confident with data with ability to pull insights, spot trends, and present findings clearly.
  • A self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told there’s a problem before fixing it.
  • Comfortable working across teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Detail-driven problem solver; strong QA mindset; comfortable juggling multiple launches across brands.
  • Multi-brand experience a plus; experience coordinating with an external agency for paid ops tasks.
