 What you’ll do:

  • Help execute the strategy for Snap’s marking partnerships team

  • Support other partnership leads through operational and administrative needs, inclusive of managing and delivering against key project and partnership deliverables

  • Support custom content deliverables, partner coordination, and day-to-day operational needs

  • Create AR Lenses & develop innovation pipeline

  • Responsible for troubleshooting application issues as well as diagnosing and resolving video connection and hardware setup problems (including AJA devices, capture cards, and NDI workflows)

  • Schedule & maintain content ecosystem for product partnerships 

  • Manage and maintain partner relationships across multiple organizations

  • Drive success on the platform by ensuring prospective partners understand best practices, reaching new audiences, and pursuing innovative ways to to engage our audience through new products and initiatives 

  • Serve as internal advocate within Snap for partners

  • Define and report on progress and success of partnerships

Minimum qualifications:

  • 3+ years with Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Adept at working independently and cross functionally to drive multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience working in the media or sports industry.

  • Experience working in a partner-facing role at a publishing company or platform

  • Great presentation and communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity

  • Advanced experience in Lens Studio and other AR creation tools

  • Proficiency in data and analysis, inclusive of Excel / Google Sheets

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $89,000-$133,000 annually.


 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $85,000-$126,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $76,000-$113,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
