Overview

Wonderlic is looking for a Marketing Program Manager to help turn our marketing strategy into launched programs. Reporting to our Senior Director of Marketing, you’ll run projects, campaigns, assets, and cross-functional requests across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, making sure every plan has clear owners, timelines, and results.

You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. You’re comfortable juggling multiple projects and eager to grow in demand generation, digital programs, and marketing operations.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate Campaigns and Programs.

  • Own timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders for integrated marketing campaigns, including email, digital, content, and webinars.
  • Track project status and dependencies, keep work moving, and raise blockers quickly.
  • Maintain a clear plan of what’s running now, what’s next, and what’s on deck for the marketing team and key stakeholders.

Connect Marketing with Sales and Customer Success.

  • Serve as a central point of contact for routine requests into Marketing from Sales, Customer Success, and Product.
  • Manage incoming marketing requests and keep stakeholders updated on status and timelines.
  • Own version control, updates, and distribution of key assets, such as decks, one-pagers, and email templates, so Sales and Customer Success can easily find and use them.

Run Marketing Operations and Reporting.

  • Run list pulls, campaign setup, and basic reporting in our marketing tools, with guidance from Marketing and RevOps leaders.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and summaries for campaign performance, engagement metrics, and asset usage.
  • Deliver regular marketing updates for internal audiences on what launched, key results, and what’s next.

Keep Projects on Track.

  • Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups for recurring marketing and go-to-market meetings and project check-ins.
  • Track decisions, owners, and deadlines, and follow up to make sure commitments are delivered.
  • Help organize content calendars, launch calendars, and internal communication plans.

Who You’ll Work With

  • Sales. Partner with sales leaders and Account Executives on demand generation campaigns and launch support.
  • Customer Success. Partner with Customer Success leaders and Customer Success Managers on renewal and adoption campaigns and enablement assets.
  • RevOps and Product. Work with RevOps, Product, and content partners as needed.
  • Marketing and Vendors. Collaborate with the marketing team and external vendors.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, project coordination, or a similar job. B2B SaaS or services experience is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once, hit deadlines, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail, with comfort working from checklists, trackers, and project tools such as Asana.
  • Comfort using AI tools such as Claude in everyday work.
  • Clear, concise writing and the ability to summarize complex work into simple updates.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and product teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with email and marketing automation platforms, CRM, SharePoint, or analytics and dashboard tools.
  • Exposure to demand generation, SEO, or digital marketing programs.
  • Experience supporting enablement or go-to-market teams, such as Sales, Customer Success, or RevOps.

Compensation

This position offers a salary range of $110,000 to $125,000.
