About the Role

    We’re seeking freelance Marketing Project Manager Consultants to join our talent collective and support a range of clients across industries. This role is ideal for operators who excel at driving alignment, managing timelines, and ensuring marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively.

    Projects may include managing cross-functional marketing campaigns, coordinating product launches, building operational processes, and supporting ongoing program execution. Contract engagements typically range from 10–40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end execution of marketing projects and campaigns

    • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and workflows

    • Coordinate across cross-functional teams including marketing, product, design, and engineering

    • Ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and deadlines

    • Identify risks and proactively address blockers to keep projects on track

    • Facilitate meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communication

    • Implement and optimize project management processes and tools

    • Track project performance and ensure successful delivery against goals

Requirements

    • Strong experience in marketing project or program management

    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments

    • Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders

    • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Notion)

    • Strong organizational and time management skills

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

    • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

    • Comfort working across different industries and marketing functions

Nice to Have

    • Experience supporting go-to-market or product launch initiatives

    • Familiarity with agile or other project management methodologies

    • Experience in high-growth startup environments

    • Experience supporting both strategic planning and hands-on execution
