About the Team

The Early in Career Marketing Job Rotation Program is designed to provide early in career individuals with a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of the Marketing discipline. Rotation Workmates will rotate through several different Marketing functions, gaining hands-on experience, developing skills and building a strong foundation to launch a successful career in Marketing

About the Role

Learning and Development:

  • Participants will have access to all Marketing training sessions, mentorship programs and employee engagement opportunities to network and continue to enhance their marketing knowledge.

  • L&D will conduct regular feedback sessions with rotation supervisors to track progress, successes and identify continued growth opportunities.

  • At the conclusion of each rotation, participants will provide a summary of their experience which will include key learnings, lessons learned, and areas for improvement.

Skills & proficiencies to grow during the rotation program:

  • Data analysis skills: Understanding how to analyze data to inform marketing decisions. Land beginning capabilities on how to interpret data, identify trends, and spot opportunities.

  • Creativity and Inventiveness Skills: Develop methodology (and confidence) to build new and innovative ways to reach and engage customers. This includes starting to become proficient at thinking outside the box to build creative campaigns which capture attention and drive results.

  • Proficiency at Communicating and Interpersonal Skills: Build confidence and capacity to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including customers, clients, colleagues, and senior management. Learn how to clearly and concisely explain ideas and persuasively argue a business case.

  • Proficiency at working in a fast-paced environment: Ability to adjust to change and adapt quickly as needed. Openness to new ideas and technologies and willing to learn new things. 

  • Proficiency at project management: Develop ability to scope and execute against a range of projects and complexities. Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate crisply and promptly, identify risks and propose solutions (to barriers).

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of work experience in any industry

  • Based in Pleasanton and able to commit to 50%+ time in office

Other Qualifications

  • Some college preferred

  • Interest in developing a Marketing career preferred


Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
