Effizient Immigration Inc. is an Immigration Consulting firm based in Kitchener, Canada. We are authorized by the Government of Canada and The College of Citizenship and Immigration Consultants to practice Canadian Immigration Law and help clients worldwide with their immigration needs, such as student visas, work permits, LMIA, PR applications, etc.
We are looking for a senior person with experience in the field.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be helping us grow our immigration business (in Canada).
  1. Spearhead sales and business development. Grow our business by finding prospects and diligently following up with them.
  2. Using our CRM system and optmize the sales pipeline. 
  3. Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings (super visa, tourist visa, PR, LMIA etc) of the company
  4. Coordinate with the other departments to find the most suitable options for new leads
  5. Communicate with new leads using different channels (Facebook, Instagram, chats, phone etc.)
  6. Follow up with leads and update their lead status
  7. Work on building out and maintaining a solid pipeline of potential new business
  8. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities
  9. Develop and manage efficient networks for business development
  10. Keep prospective client database/CRM updated
  11. Help other departments whenever required
  12. Create content for marketing and business development


Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • You must have at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Preferred Marketing, Media, or Business.
  • Must have computer/Laptop and smartphone
  • CRM Experience preferred
  • Must have experience in marketing and sales using CRM
  • Creative mindset
  • Strong computer and IT skills. Ability to use different tools.
  • Professional and Mature
  • Has a "Superior Customer Experience" Mentality
