The Senior Recruiter provides the full-service recruitment support for the Marketing and Communications Division, and manages the recruitment strategy, focused on expanding our workforce talent. They support multiple level of roles ranging from individual contributor to leadership (Director) roles.

This position will include developing a pipeline of potential talent, networking, and building partnerships. This person will provide guidance and support to hiring managers and manage the recruitment database. They will recruit and hire across multiple level positions. The Senior Recruiter will be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team and the Marketing and Communications (MAC) Division, working to create a positive experience for all candidates and fulfil the recruiting needs across MAC.

The Marketing Senior Recruiter is a partner and subject matter expert for hiring managers and is responsible for supporting and managing all aspects of the recruitment process including the smooth transition to the onboarding stage. They will bring innovative ideas to build and implement effective, proactive, and efficient recruitment strategies and processes. This includes activities such as drafting and reviewing job postings and creating candidate profiles, using the HR Recruitment process and system to post jobs, updating applicant statuses, communicating with applicants, conducting pre-screening and phone interviews, networking with associations, providing insights and data analysis, presenting a candidate slate, scheduling interviews, and providing guidance and information to hiring managers as needed. They will work to ensure that the Marketing and Communications Division's talent goals and strategies are achieved, and best practices are followed. 

What You’ll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 7 years recruiting work experience or equivalent combination (including HR concepts, processes and services).

  • Experience recruiting for leadership roles; Manager and above.

  • Experience recruiting for Marketing and Communications roles; in-house and boutique etc. a plus.

  • Experience working with and reporting out to Director & VP level clients.

  •   Experience in sourcing, including candidate identification, research, outreach, or candidate development.

  • Experience in managing multiple high-volume roles, that are varied in scope and are across a large geography.

  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: database management and spreadsheet software; constructing and producing reports; data input, manipulation, and analysis.

  • Experience managing confidential documents and retention processes.

  • Experience communicating and developing relationships with a broad range of audiences including experience working with or recruiting for global teams.

  • Experience with prioritizing and organizing work while attending to details.

  • Experience working with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems

  • Experience working in a start-up like environment and assisting to create processes and/or the experience of rolling out a new process/project a plus.

Salary Information:

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $93,245-113,900. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate’s actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
