Job Overview:
As a key member of the marketing team, you will drive Provident’s digital presence and engagement by managing social media, website content, SEO, and digital marketing initiatives. This role requires a strategic and hands-on marketer who can maintain accurate and engaging web content, optimize search performance, develop compelling social media campaigns, and deliver measurable results across multiple channels. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is essential to ensure cohesive brand messaging and a seamless member experience.

Essential Functions:

1.    Website & SEO / Digital Marketing

  • Create and maintain website content in the content management system (CMS) including blogs, landing pages, product pages, forms, and disclosures; conduct A/B testing to optimize landing page performance; ensure content accuracy and consistency; and maintain UTM tracking logs for precise campaign measurement
  • Manage seminar and webinar event listings on the website, schedule email communications, moderate live sessions, upload recordings to YouTube, and coordinate with internal departments on events
  • Contribute to SEO efforts including keyword research, on-page optimization, monitoring KPIs, and collaborating on link-building and content strategies
  • Manage relationships with digital marketing and SEO vendors to ensure effective collaboration, timely deliverables, and alignment with strategic goals
  • Provide support for paid media campaigns and email marketing campaigns on an as-needed basis
  • Analyze and report monthly on SEO, website, and digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Siteimprove, providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns
  • Other duties as assigned

2.   Social Media Management

  • Lead the planning, creation, and publishing of organic content (i.e. Metricool) across Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X to boost engagement, awareness, and audience growth
  • Monitor social channels daily, engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and tags, support influencer marketing initiatives, and maintain an active brand voice
  • Increase membership engagement and drive lead generation through targeted social campaigns (i.e. giveaways, branded content)
  • Support volunteer events, community events and business development initiatives by promoting and amplifying related content on social channels
  • Promote financial wellness initiatives, security/fraud and educational content to engage and inform members across social platforms
  • Manage business listings on Google, Yelp, and Bing, keeping hours, locations, and contact info accurate
  • Support employee advocacy by creating shareable content for internal distribution
  • Help monitor, analyze, and report on key campaign performance metrics, providing insights to improve future campaigns
  • Stay up to date on social media trends and emerging tactics to contribute fresh ideas to campaign planning
  • Other duties as assigned

We're Looking for Someone Who Has

  • 3+ years of experience managing website CMS, social media and digital marketing campaigns with solid SEO knowledge
  • Strong skills in using a content management system (i.e. Kentico, Drupal, HubSpot CMS)
  • Experience coordinating webinars, events, and related email communications
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Salesforce, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
  • Proven project management experience, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple initiatives on time using tools such as Workfront, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • A curious, collaborative mindset, eager to partner with diverse teams and learn from experienced marketers
  • A data-driven approach with a passion for testing, optimization, and continuous improvement

Compensation:

Pay Grade is P2. This position is eligible for our twice a year discretionary bonus.

Targeted Hourly Pay: $ 32.00 – 41.82 / per hour  (depending on experience)
