Description

Tufin is seeking a Marketing Specialist, EMEA & APAC to join a global cybersecurity company helping enterprises manage and secure complex, hybrid environments. This role is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of lead generation programs including events, webinars, and integrated campaigns that drive top-of-funnel awareness, qualified engagement, and pipeline growth across Tufin’s target accounts and existing customers in EMEA and APAC.

Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Manager, EMEA & APAC, this role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Operations, as well as regional Sales to ensure successful program execution.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, global environment. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing the marketing strategy for EMEA and APAC
  • Plan and execute marketing programs, including events, channel marketing activities, webinars, email campaigns, and media sponsorships
  • Drive end-to-end event execution including logistics, vendor relations, registrations, communications, and on-site support (when needed)
  • Track and report on program performance (leads, opportunities, pipeline) to optimize future activities 
  • Maintain regular communication with EMEA and APAC Sales teams to ensure alignment and collaboration
  • Manage giveaways and collateral, including sourcing, inventory and vendor relations 
  • Support budget management, including contract negotiations, POs and invoices 
  • Ensure leads are entered, routed, nurtured and followed up on in a timely manner
  • Partner with internal teams (Sales, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Operations) to ensure program alignment and success
Requirements
  • 2+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in field marketing or demand generation 
  • Experience in cybersecurity – Advantage   
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Data-driven and familiar with marketing metrics 
  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and ability to “get it done”
  • Ability to craft compelling promotional copy (emails, landing pages, invitations) 
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficiency or working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, and Monday.com
  • Ability to work across global time zones and travel up to 25%
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
