Are you passionate about driving marketing strategies and skilled in the art of execution? We are seeking a Marketing Strategist who excels in crafting compelling marketing campaigns and meticulously implementing them across channels like SEO, PPC, content, email, social, and text. This role is perfect for someone who is an expert at execution while refining their strategic abilities. You'll have the opportunity to guide our clients’ marketing efforts from lead generation to revenue realization, contributing directly to the growth and success of their marketing. 

The ideal candidate is someone who can roll up their sleeves to write ad copy or create a landing page, while overseeing the broader campaign calendar. You are a data-driven enthusiast with a deep understanding of the customer journey and well-versed in platforms like Hubspot and Google Analytics to analyze and optimize marketing initiatives. You have a deep understanding of the lead lifecycle—from lead to MQL to customer—and relentlessly focus on optimizing conversion at every stage. 

Problem-solving skills will be key to implementing new, effective tactics for our clients while sharpening the deliverables currently driving success. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are obsessed with finding measurable solutions, this role is for you.

Essential Job Functions
  • Develop and implement demand-generation and brand-awareness campaigns to attract new qualified leads and improve brand visibility for B2B or B2C brands.
  • Design and execute omnichannel campaigns by managing the marketing content calendar, ensuring alignment and timely execution across teams and channels like emails, social, paid ads, and website copy.
  • Utilize our reporting tools (including CRM data) to monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Support internal services team members on SEO initiatives to make search a reliable and consistent demand channel.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that impact marketing performance, using a combination of strategic foresight and tactical execution.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables, upholding brand integrity.

You are:

  • Experienced, with a proven track record of campaign strategy, execution, testing, and optimization
  • A wordsmith that appreciates the value of well-written copy, content is at the core of who we are, after all
  • Passionate about design and aesthetics for all marketing assets
  • Curious about the future of AI and AEO. Both in using these tools to create high-quality deliverables and the evolving client behavior of using AI for search
  • Able to translate performance data in a way that clients will understand and value.
  • Highly focused, customer-centric, and willing to set lofty targets you know you can achieve 
  • A strong communicator, committed to cross-team collaboration and efficient time management
  • Entrepreneurial in spirit, with a desire to help solve client problems
Requirements
  • Experience developing and implementing growth marketing strategies for a high-growth B2B agency or brand
  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing or demand-focused roles
  • Comfortable with reporting and a bias for data-driven approach
  • Ability to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to continuously maximize opportunities for growth
  • Experience utilizing marketing tools like Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Webflow, AI tools, etc.
