  • Master Marketing Automation & Architecture: Evolve our marketing automation and customer engagement infrastructure (e.g., Marketo, Hightouch, Braze) from a campaign execution tool into an intelligent engine for orchestrating complex, multi-channel user journeys and growth experiments
  • Forge Strategic Cross-Functional Partnerships: Act as the key technology partner to leaders in Marketing, Sales, Data Science, and Engineering. Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure our systems provide a seamless, integrated experience for both our internal teams and our users

  • Proven leadership of engineering teams building and maintaining marketing tech solutions, with a focus on innovation and efficiency
  • Strong experience with agile methodologies in SaaS environments, enabling cross-functional collaboration between marketing, product, and engineering

  • Experience applying AI/ML in martech to drive personalization, predictive analytics, and campaign automation
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex technical topics into business impact for senior leadership
  • Excellent communicator with a track record of influencing executives and aligning cross-functional teams on large-scale initiatives
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving transformation in fast-paced, evolving environments, particularly around new tech and AI adoption
