About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Virtual Assistant / Business Development Representative (BDR) to support marketing and lead generation efforts. This role is ideal for someone skilled in outreach, digital marketing, content creation, and business development.
- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and build relationships
- Execute email outreach and follow-up campaigns
- Create and manage social media content and marketing posts
- Assist with SEO strategies to improve online visibility
- Design marketing materials and graphics for digital campaigns
- Support business development and lead generation initiatives
- Maintain organized records of outreach and marketing activities
Requirements
- Experience in cold calling, sales outreach, or business development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation
- Understanding of SEO best practices
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Marketing Virtual Assistant experience
- BDR or lead generation background
- Social media management experience
- Graphic design and content creation skills
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools
- 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM PST
