About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Virtual Assistant / Business Development Representative (BDR) to support marketing and lead generation efforts. This role is ideal for someone skilled in outreach, digital marketing, content creation, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct cold calling to generate leads and build relationships
  • Execute email outreach and follow-up campaigns
  • Create and manage social media content and marketing posts
  • Assist with SEO strategies to improve online visibility
  • Design marketing materials and graphics for digital campaigns
  • Support business development and lead generation initiatives
  • Maintain organized records of outreach and marketing activities


Requirements
  • Experience in cold calling, sales outreach, or business development
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation
  • Understanding of SEO best practices
  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
  • Marketing Virtual Assistant experience
  • BDR or lead generation background
  • Social media management experience
  • Graphic design and content creation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools
Work Schedule
  • 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM PST
