Assembled is building software to transform and elevate customer support teams, which often represent 20-50% of the people at a company. Our workforce management platform helps some of the fastest-growing, most innovative companies in the world—including Stripe, Etsy, and Robinhood—to schedule, forecast, and organize their support teams. We’ve raised $70m in funding from the likes of NEA, Emergence Capital, and Stripe itself. You’ll be joining a special group of people who learned the ropes at companies like Stripe, Google, Atlassian, Twitter, Airbnb, Looker, NEA, Bain, and more.

We’re looking for a natural builder who is fearless, strategic, and ready to show others how it’s done in Assembled’s next chapter of growth. This mission-critical role will cover every aspect of growth marketing, from paid programs, event and webinar strategy, lifecycle marketing, SEO, and more. Ideally, you’re someone who’s equally comfortable captaining the ship and running plays as needed, and you thrive being at the center of the action. Above all, we’re looking for a hungry, strategic, jack-of-all-trades marketer who counts demand generation as just one of many things they’re interested in and skilled at. Basically, are you a growth expert who’s ready to do a little of everything on the rocket ship?

Things you’ll get to do:

  • Build and optimize a multi-channel demand generation strategy to help supercharge our growth
  • Design our ABM strategy from the ground up (1:1, 1:many), and help drive execution of coordinated action across Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships teams
  • Orchestrate cross-functional, integrated campaigns (across paid, organic, ABM, and more) that are aligned to strategic messaging and competitive positions across channels to reach key personas and accounts
  • Co-create short and long-term plans for growth alongside Sales, Biz Ops, and Marketing teams, and drive company-wide understanding of key marketing metrics, macro trends, and other key inputs
  • Help define a coordinated, complementary strategy for inbound and outbound marketing in coordination with your GTM counterparts
  • Create smart, impactful, and persona-relevant campaigns for all aspects of the buyer journey
  • Establish funnel discipline through solid reporting and/or dashboards, pipeline reviews, and a solid grasp on marketing tech stacks and attribution models
  • Help build out a diverse, multi-faceted, and high-performing Marketing team
  • Improve operational processes and reporting related to demand generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance, and ROI
  • Play a critical role in shaping the overall marketing strategy (this will be a fun one!)

Things we’d love for you to bring:

  • You have at least 7 years of having seen it before, having done it before, and knowing how to hit growth goals with the budget, channels, and tactics at your disposal. Pipeline and revenue are your north stars.
  • You're resourceful at your core. This means thriving in uncertainty, showing grit in the face of roadblocks, and finding new, better ways to get the job done.
  • You’re driven by curiosity, creativity, and an obsession to find the answer. And, you’ll run through walls in order to get to the optimal outcome.
  • You’ve got opinions, and you know how to convince and motivate others to get buy-in and action regularly.
  • You’re not just data-driven - you’re data-obsessed. You’re comfortable and confident making decisions big and small based on data, trends, and, well, your gut.
  • You’re a people-person who can flex in collaboration with any kind of team, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success and Support. You have a history of rock-solid cross-functional relationships.
  • You’re motivated by the customer, what they need, and how they use our product. You know how to leverage your understanding of the buyer and user journey to capture more customers.
  • You’re familiar with and have strong opinions on the ideal marketing tech stack.
  • You're excited about having a positive impact on customer support teams. Knowledge about or experience in this world isn’t required, but it is welcome!
  • You’re a kind, collaborative, empathetic, and flexible person who is down to get in the boat and help us row!
Our U.S. benefits
  • Generous medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • Paid company holidays, sick time, and unlimited time off
  • Monthly credits to spend on each: professional development, general wellness, Assembled customers, commuting and community-support agriculture (CSA)
  • Paid parental leave
  • Hybrid work model with catered lunches everyday (M-F), snacks, and beverages in our SF & NY offices
  • 401(k) plan enrollment
