About the team

The Digital Events Manager reports to the Head of Events and is under the Lattice Marketing Team. The Events Team has three focus areas: 1) creating flawless, engaging events, 2) Driving and nurturing leads across the Marketing and Sales funnels, and 3) generating brand awareness and affinity for our customers and community. We host over 30 events every year, from virtual lunches, to  in-person events, and the biggest virtual summit in HR. 

Who you are

You have 4+ years of professional experience in events or field marketing, with at least one of those years in virtual events like webinars, online fireside chats, digital summits, or similar.

• You are an excellent project manager, and can align the goals of several internal stakeholders and third party partners in one single direction. 
• You are obsessed with the attendee experience both in the detail you put into an event and the new types of virtual events you create.
• You know how to tailor events for particular audiences. You understand what digital event formats work for some experiences and not for others.
• You have experience working with both Demand Generation and Content teams. Bonus points if you’ve worked with an Executive Producer on digital content.
• You have experience working with and enabling Sales and Customer Success teams. You know how to get AEs and CSMs excited about your events. 
• You thrive in a fast paced environment and consider yourself a proactive problem solver.
• You are open to feedback and actively seek out ways to improve your craft.

Your responsibilities

• You’ll own the production of 3-5 digital events per quarter, including our Lattice Lunch program, Lattice Sips series, and customer events, with the potential to take on more in a post-Covid world. 
• You’ll work with the Events team to produce the largest conference in HR, Resources for Humans Virtual.
• Within the Marketing team, you’ll collaborate closely with the Content, Demand, and Design teams on a weekly basis to create, promote, and brand your programs. 
• Within the broader Lattice organization, you’ll collaborate with leaders on the Sales and Customer Success orgs to determine your ideal event outcomes and enable internal staff. 
• You’ll operate the event tech stack and ensure all events run smoothly from a technical end.
• In the eventual return to in-person events, you will help craft Lattice’s hybrid event strategy to engage both virtual and live audiences. 
• You’ll be responsible for determining the goals and tracking the ROI of each event. You’ll iterate on different concepts to push our event program forward.
