Job Description
Role:
We are seeking a Product Marketing Leader who is craving to be part of a great company in a fast-growing industry. The Director of Product Marketing will drive the GTM strategy for our low-code application development business, as part of the fastest-growing business unit at ServiceNow. ServiceNow is a leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for low-code application platforms, The Forrester wave for low-code development platforms for professional developers and the Forrester wave for digital process automation software. We are looking for someone who can drive a solution selling-based product marketing effort. This is an individual with Executive presence who can represent the ServiceNow's hyperautomation and low-code story in front of analysts and internally, creating industry momentum and leadership. S/he understands value selling and has experience with Sales Enablement, thought leadership and demand gen asset creation.
The successful candidate is a hands-on people manager who can create strong content while coaching the team. The candidate has familiarity with low-code platforms or related domains: App Dev platforms, Process Automation, Developer Tooling.
What you get to do in this role:
- Drive GTM strategy for our fastest growing solution area
- Work with customers, product, sales, marketing, and partner teams to support our low-code GTM
- Drive positioning and messaging of App Engine, our low-code platform
- Drive programs, and content to ensure the long-term growth of App Engine.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, and across Marketing to deliver differentiated and engaging marketing content.
- Own low-code sales enablement and build assets that can help build awareness with Core Sellars and scale our Solutions Sales Team.
- Collaborate with AR, PR and thought leadership to build industry momentum for low-code and hyper automation
- Support content needs for sales plays, conferences, product launches etc.
- Participate in social marketing and blogging activities to drive awareness
- Evolve ServiceNow's low-code web presence
- Lead a team of Product Marketing Managers
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- 12+ years of product marketing/solution marketing/product management or related experience, including product launch experience
- 5-7 years of experience in App Dev platforms, Process Automation, Developer Tooling.
- Very strong written and oral communication skills
- Proven track record of creating positive industry momentum with analysts
- Excellent people skills to interact with peers, colleagues, customers and cross-functional teams, and third parties as well as team development
Travel:
- Up to 15% annually (once it is safe to travel

Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
