Senior Digital Marketing Manager
We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to own the management and performance of RollWorks.com. Our ideal candidate is a technical and impact oriented marketer who deeply understands how to plan and execute UX, SEO, CRO, Accessibility, and web platform performance improvements to drive desired outcomes. The role will collaborate with the RollWorks design, development, content, and demand gen teams as well as outside agencies to successfully identify and launch continuous website improvements and deliver strategic or campaign related website updates.
This role is open in our San Francisco, New York, Salt Lake City offices, or remote.

The impact you’ll make:
- Plan and project manage the execution of UX, UI and copy improvements to drive on page optimization.
- Increase website conversion rate via launching continuous A/B tests (3-4 monthly). This includes page design and build of the A/B tests, producing testing briefs, and monthly analysis and reporting.
- Produce, analyze, and track all digital KPIs, including website traffic, web sourced marketing Responses (leads), site speed, etc.
- Provide SEO strategy and planning to ensure best practices are being met throughout the website. Work with SEO agency, design, development, and content teams to implement content and technical updates.
- Work with the development and design teams to increase web platform performance (mobile and desktop page speed). Run weekly speed testing, build monthly optimization plans and identify tech stack recommendations for future platform enhancements.
Skills you’ll bring:
- Minimum of 8 years marketing experience within B2B SaaS company or B2B agency
- Solid background in digital marketing with a specialization in web property management and optimization
- Experience in successfully driving quantitative website improvements via planning and implementing UX, SEO, CRO, Accessibility, and web platform performance optimization
- Proficiency with website optimization tools (Google Analytics, Moz, HotJar, PageSpeed Insights, etc.) as well as common website integrations for B2B businesses (Marketo, Uberflip, Drift, etc.)
- Solid analytical and reporting skills including the ability to perform intermediate Excel functions
- Proficient in project and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, in a busy, evolving, fast-paced environment
