As the Head of Marketing Analytics and Insights, you will be leading a global team of data product managers, analysts, and developers to arm our marketing organization with analytical models, insights and dashboards to enable data-driven decisions across the marketing funnel and broader go-to-market processes: from brand to pipeline generation to campaign effectiveness to marketing mix optimization to contact intelligence and more.
This role reports to the head of Go-to-Market Analytics in the Data & Analytics organization, playing a key role in advancing our journey toward a connected knowledge graph powering critical commercial business decisions across the company with predictive intelligence and actionable insights. This is a heavily cross-functional role, with deep partnerships within analytics domains (e.g. Sales, Customer, Enterprise ML/AI, Research & Insights, Data Platforms), with the Marketing business, and with other digital technology teams.
What you get to do in this role:

- Lead a global team of ~20 data analysts, product managers, and developers; responsible both for recruiting and developing talent as well as providing hands on guidance to the team
- Monitor business performance indicators to help guide strategic direction and operational priorities for the Marketing and broader Go-To-Market business leadership (e.g. identify early warning signs in pipeline creation and levers to improve).
- Collaborate with peers across the analytics organization to define and activate customer, contact, and sales intelligence across ServiceNow
- Create and influence data science models in partnership with the enterprise AI/ML team, such as marketing mix, propensity to buy, next best offer and customer lifetime value, then assist marketing, sales, and customer teams in activating these models
- Collaborate with counterparts in MarTech and in our Enterprise Data Platform to enable personalization use cases spanning enterprise data and 3rd party data from the customer data platform and to inform our data platform roadmap
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- 15+ years of professional experience, with domain depth in B2B sales & marketing analytics
- 5+ years of people management experience leading technical teams, preferably with a global remit
- Ability to communicate with and influence non-technical stakeholders as well as technical cross-functional partners
- BA/BS, with preferred concentration in Marketing, Business, or a quantitative field; Masters degree preferred but not required
- Demonstrated experience working across marketing functions, collaboratively with sales, sales operations, and customer success.
- In-depth understanding of predictive data models, marketing funnel, business intelligence, lead management processes and technologies, data visualization, and cloud data platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and ensure high quality deliverables with high attention to detail.
- Applies initiative and independent judgment to resolve non-routine problems.
- A passion for data and analysis, with a curiosity to get to the root of a problem and solve it
