Reddit is seeking a Senior Manager of Media Partnerships to lead our growing Media Partnerships Team. In this key leadership role, you will set the strategy for and build relationships with media brands across news, sports, entertainment, and gaming. You and your team will focus on both content development off platform in partnership with media organizations, as well as growing brands’ engagement on Reddit. Responsibilities

• Manage, lead, and grow the media partnerships team across news, entertainment, and gaming verticals
• Develop and support the team in executing against a cohesive cross-vertical strategy
• Partner with Product and Business Development teams to build out offerings for partners
• Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks internally and externally
• Track team’s performance relative to company goals, and evolve strategy as needed
• Work with Trust and Safety and Community to scale processes for partner escalations
• Coordinate with Comms on amplifying partner initiatives

What We Can Expect From You

• 8-12 years experience; 2-3 years in management
• Ability to build strong and successful internal and external relationships
• Entrepreneurial self-starter, thrives in a team, very strategic, but able to dive in where needed
• Strong management skills 
• Knowledge of media research and impact measurement methodologies
• Strong partnership and relationship management skills
• Experience working with product and technology teams
