We are looking for a Social Media Manager who will develop and execute the organic social media strategy, including managing all Zumper brand accounts, and integrating social into the overarching marketing and communications strategy. You are a social media maven who can identify powerful campaign insights that promote our priorities, drive earned media and audience growth, resonate with customers and differentiate our brand. What You Will Do

  • Establish a data-driven approach to inform and build overall social strategy to increase awareness and engagement
  • Build overarching plans, strategies, and calendar to meet marketing and business objectives
  • Develop critical metrics and mechanisms to analyze initiatives and their impact on business results
  • Work closely with across departments to execute strategic, engaging, and award-winning social campaigns
  • Be a storytelling champion for the social strategy in partnership with Product Marketing
  • Regularly communicate performance against objectives
  • Analyze post-publication metrics to establish standard practices and evaluate performance
  • Feedback insights gained from social media monitoring into the teams, to help them evolve their strategies
  • Oversee company’s social reputation and brand and lead social media channels in times of crisis

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of social media marketing campaign management, editorial, content creation and distribution
  • Strong record of developing and executing successful large-scale campaigns/products/initiatives with measurable results
  • Comprehensive understanding of all platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, Tumblr and beyond) as well as tools, analytics and social technology
  • Proven results building significant social following and community across a variety of channels and using social to drive demand
  • Experience leading external agencies to consistently and effectively deliver outstanding strategies and creative
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and collaborative working style – ability to inspire, motivate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve goals
