The Marketing Communications and Operations Manager is responsible for executing brand and communication tactics, including the measurement and reporting efforts for our product campaigns. Collaborate with Consumer and HCP product marketers on delivering programs and campaigns to activate target audiences. Manage communications and status of key initiatives to key stakeholders. Manage marketing processes and projects.
You Will:
- Own brand guidelines and train all stakeholders within the company on an ongoing basis to ensure that all external and internal touch points are consistent with the brand identity
- Develop strategies to improve campaign performance with our target markets through developing benchmarks, developing a KPI framework to measure success and reporting on the performance on a regular basis
- Manage reports for marketing investments and make recommendations to optimize activities and channel mix, actively monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the status of marketing initiatives
- Develop and maintain communications calendar and marketing dashboard/scorecards for the marketing organization
- Work across marketing team to ensure efficient coordination of campaigns and own implementation of appropriate processes such as facilitating content reviews with legal/regulatory
- Support agency selection and manage the 3rd party agencies day to day, holding them to the scope of work, and facilitating collaboration to produce high-impact results
- Support writing and producing compelling, concise, and user-friendly content to generate leads and drive conversions aligned with business objectives
- Work cross-functionally with marketing leads, Corporate Communications, Regulatory, Product Management, Clinical Development, and other Commercial functions to enable optimal campaign execution
Your Background Will Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; MBA or advanced Life Sciences degree is preferred
- 5+ years experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Communications or Product Marketing in the life sciences industry
- Proven ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to drive results in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated track record of getting things done and growing responsibility over time
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to use social media channels effectively to deliver marketing content
- Experience creating targeted content that generates measurable ROI
