  • Define and enforce data standards, naming conventions, and change-control workflows for data creation and maintenance.

  • Perform routine audits to identify and correct data errors, duplicates, and gaps.

Systems & Continuous Improvement

  • Support ERP (NetSuite or similar) and planning system configuration, testing, and enhancements related to master data.

  • Partner with Reporting & Analytics to ensure data quality feeds accurate reporting.

  • Document processes and train users on master data standards and procedures.

Cross-functional Support

  • Support planning, procurement, logistics, and finance with timely, accurate data setup and maintenance.

  • Assist with new item onboarding, product lifecycle changes, and vendor setup.

Other Duties as Required

  • Perform additional duties, projects, and responsibilities as assigned by management.

  • This job description is not exhaustive and may be modified at any time. The role is expected to remain flexible and adapt as business needs, priorities, and the organization evolve.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in master data, data management, or a supply chain systems/analyst role.
  • Hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite or similar), including item master and BOM governance.
  • Advanced Excel; strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Working understanding of MRP parameters and core supply chain processes.
  • Process-oriented problem solver with strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Minimal travel required.
