In this role, you will:
Manage the Master Production Schedule in the ERP system (SAP), coordinate BOM updates, and oversee Change Control cutovers for new builds
Communicate the build schedules and forecasts, ensuring alignment with requirements. Launch work orders, execute transactions, and generate reports as needed
Coordinate with cross-functional teams regarding production goals, timelines, assembly configuration, and demand requirements
Review out-of-stock situations or shortage of supply issues in order to execute mitigating actions. Validate long lead time estimates with cross-functional teams
Coordinate with engineering to launch prototype and NPI builds
Conduct root cause analysis for manufacturing planning issues/variances and perform corrective action plans to avoid recurrence
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Manufacturing or Supply Chain Management focus preferred)
7+ years of professional experience in Production and Inventory Management
Demonstrated experience with Work Order execution, Material Readiness, Capacity Planning, and inventory management of technical materials – electrical components, PCBA’s, harnesses, machined parts
Deep understanding of ERP/MRP systems and hands-on experience using SAP

Interfacing with 3rd Party Logistics providers
Vendor/supplier negotiation experience
APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred
