We’re looking for a talented Mathematics Video Producer to help us create outstanding lesson videos for senior secondary mathematics.

This is not a traditional content role. We want someone who can combine great mathematical communication, strong visual storytelling, and a modern AI-first production mindset to help us build a compelling video offering for students and teachers.

Over the next six months, you’ll lead the development of a new style of maths lesson video content that is clear, engaging, polished, and scalable. You’ll experiment with formats, workflows, and tools, then help turn the best ideas into a repeatable production process.

What you’ll do

You will:

  • Design and produce high-quality senior secondary mathematics lesson videos
  • Prototype different video styles, formats, and workflows to identify what works best
  • Translate complex maths concepts into explanations that are concise, engaging, and easy to follow
  • Use AI tools thoughtfully to speed up scripting, narration, visual development, editing, and production workflows
  • Work closely with our team to define what “great” looks like for lesson videos in this space
  • Research competitor offerings and help us create something better
  • Build production approaches that can scale across multiple books, topics, and state-based courses
  • Collaborate with educators and curriculum/content teams to ensure videos are pedagogically strong as well as visually polished

RequirementsWhat we’re looking for

We’d love to hear from you if you have a mix of the following:

  • Experience producing educational video content, ideally in mathematics or another technical subject
  • Strong understanding of senior secondary maths and how to explain concepts clearly
  • Excellent instincts for pacing, clarity, engagement, and visual communication
  • Confidence using modern video, animation, and AI-assisted production tools
  • Ability to move quickly from concept to prototype to refined output
  • A high bar for quality and a willingness to test, iterate, and improve
  • Strong independent judgment and the ability to own a project end-to-end
You’ll be a great fit if you…
  • Can make maths feel approachable without oversimplifying it
  • Think like both a teacher and a producer
  • Are excited by the challenge of combining human expertise with AI-enabled workflows
  • Enjoy figuring out not just how to make one great video, but how to build a system for producing many great videos efficiently

Benefits
  • Remote Work & Flexibility: This role is fully remote – work from home with flexible hours. We value work-life balance and can accommodate flexible arrangements .
  • Collaborative, Impactful Culture: Join a relaxed, friendly team environment where your contributions directly impact teachers and students across the world . We foster creativity and teamwork, with the shared goal of improving math education globally.
  • Professional Growth: You’ll be at the forefront of integrating AI and innovative practices in education. This is an opportunity to lead a high-profile project and further develop leadership skills in curriculum development.
  • Mission-Driven Work: Be part of a mission to deliver better learning experiences. Your work will help shape a comprehensive IB math resource used by schools internationally, truly making a difference in classrooms.

We see video as a key part of a stronger, more complete learning experience for maths students. We want to create lesson videos that genuinely help students understand concepts, support teachers, and stand out in the market for their quality and effectiveness.

This is an opportunity to shape that from the ground up.
