Position Overview:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be a key driver of revenue growth by delivering consultative, solution-based sales of our professional education products. More than just selling, you will create an exceptional customer experience- listening to needs, understanding career goals, and connecting customers with the right educational solutions to advance their professional licensing journey.

As part of the Valuation and Property Services (VPS) team, you’ll combine strong communication and persuasion skills with a genuine passion for helping others succeed. You’ll engage directly with prospective and existing customers, build trust through meaningful conversations, address concerns with confidence, and clearly articulate the value of our products.

If you thrive on making connections, guiding customers toward success, and achieving measurable results in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

What You Will Do:

    · Drive and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue growth targets for assigned brands, taking ownership of your performance and results.

    · Manage inbound sales calls during defined business hours and conduct outbound outreach to warm leads, engaging prospects to understand their needs, present solutions, and drive conversion opportunities.

    · Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer centric relationships through partnering with customers/students to understand their needs and objectives.

    · Demonstrate a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, including our unique competitive advantages and challenges, and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

    · Work collaboratively with the team to continue to grow and expand the business into new areas, products, and services.

    · Work closely with the Customer Services team, contact center, tech support and staff for local and regional relationship building in addition to keeping and growing existing relations.

    · Manage sales pipeline and track sales activities through weekly and monthly reports

What You'll Need To Succeed:

    ·

    · 2+ year of sales experience required, ideally in a phone or contact center environment.

    · High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    · Ability to maximize sales opportunities and overcome objections.

    · Excellent presentation skills and customer service orientation.

    · Strong competitive sales background and first call closing skills.

    · Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.

    · Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Colibri Group welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and experiences, and we understand that not every candidate will meet every requirement listed in the job description. Research has shown that women and people of color may be less likely to apply to jobs unless they feel they meet every qualification, and we want to actively combat this bias in our hiring process. If you're excited about the role and believe you have the skills and experience to contribute to our team, we encourage you to apply, even if your background doesn't align perfectly with every qualification listed. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we believe that diversity of perspectives and experiences is essential to our success. You may be just the right candidate for this role or another position within our organization. Don't hesitate to take the leap and apply today!
