Who we are:

Magellan AI is the all-in-one platform for podcast advertising intelligence, media planning, and measurement. Magellan AI has created the world's largest database of podcast advertising data, covering over 50,000 podcasts. Advertiser and agency media buyers rely on Magellan AI's podcast media planning and measurement platform to discover, connect with, and analyze the performance of podcasts, streaming audio, and YouTube. Publishers trust Magellan AI to grow ad sales with intelligence and performance measurement, drive content acquisition, and streamline ad ops.

We're hiring Measurement Success Coordinators to support clients using Magellan AI to measure and understand podcast advertising performance. This is a US-based, fully remote role.

What you'll do:

  • Be responsive to client support requests via email and support channels
  • Set up and maintain measurement for campaigns across advertisers, agencies, and publishers
  • Monitor campaigns for alerts, exceptions, and data inconsistencies
  • Troubleshoot issues and help resolve them before they affect client reporting
  • Support Measurement Success Managers with day-to-day measurement and client needs
  • Build and maintain spreadsheets to analyze large datasets and support client reporting
  • Lead Zoom-based client trainings and onboarding sessions
  • Play a key role in quality assurance, ensuring the data delivered to clients is accurate
  • Partner with teammates to improve workflows and processes as our client base grows

Why this role matters:

You’ll help marketers trust the data they use to evaluate podcast performance by making sure campaigns are measured correctly and issues are caught early. You’ll join a tight-knit team with direct exposure to our founders and build strong Excel and Google Sheets skills along the way. This role puts you close to a fast-growing podcast market that’s still defining its metrics, supporting both creators and advertisers. And yes, podcasts are fair game during the day.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2–4 years of experience in a related role
  • Comfortable working in Excel and Google Sheets, including using formulas
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and accounts at once
  • Comfortable troubleshooting issues and asking questions when something looks off

Compensation and benefits:

  • Competitive base salary and bonus eligibility
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage - individual coverage is free
  • Company-subsidized family coverage
  • Home office improvement reimbursement up to $500 per year
  • Company laptop and external monitor
  • 11 company holidays
  • 20 PTO days for vacation, illness, and personal time

If you're interested in helping advertisers understand performance in one of the fastest growing audio channels, we’d love to meet you.
